Shipping Policy
Inside The Lines does not guarantee delivery dates. However, a tracking method will be given once shipped! Delivery dates are estimated by the specific carrier and we have manufacturers from around the world.
Our estimated delivery time is 4-10 business days.
Orders are typically sent out for shipment within 2-3 days of receipt.
We offer shipping, for FREE, via all major carriers in the United States, UK, Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand and most European nations. Estimated dates are subject to change depending on your nation's carrier.
We do not issue refunds for any packages that are returned to us from a carrier due to being undeliverable to an address. Please ensure all your shipping information is accurate.
Returns Policy
Inside The Lines does not allow exchanges or allow changes to an order once processed. We will accept return requests within 20 days of customer receipt of product. After the 30 day period, we unfortunately do not cover a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition it was received in. It must be in its original packaging, including all exterior shrink wrap (if applicable), and have no visible signs of wear or use.
To notify us of your return and to receive a return authorization, please email us at Insidethelinesco@gmail.com and provide the email address used to place your order as well as the reason for your return so we can assess you further.
If your return is accepted, we'll send you further instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted.
Any item marked CLEARANCE is final so please, be sure to read the product page prior to ordering.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us within 24 hours at Insidethelinesco@gmail.com if an item is defective, damaged, or if sent the incorrect product so that we can evaluate your issue and make it right.
Refunds
Once your package is received and we have inspected it, we will let you know if your return is approved. Once approved, you will automatically be refunded the amount of the item on your original payment method.
Please allow 2 weeks for returns to be received and processed. Remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
